Horror hotel with cockroaches, stench, noise and without warm water

The room we got was tiny, incredibly noisy en there was a constant stench of cigarettes from the nearby garden. The bathroom was in a dreadful state en dirty, the shower did not have warm water, lacked a holder for the shower head, and for some reason there was a window at eye level that looked into the garden. But the worst of it were the bugs. At night, I stepped out of bed and onto a cockroach, and when you'd turn on the lights you could see bugs running back into hiding. Awful and not worth any money. When we arrived, the receptionist joked that they intended to give us a room in the basement but instead gave us a free upgrade, which was extra funny because we reserved a room on a high floor. Apparently it's a lottery whether you'll actually get the room you paid for over there. We were also told that we could get a better room for at an added cost, but it wouldn't be available until the next day. However, when we left in the dead of night after my incident with the cockroach, they suddenly found a better room for us on the stop. Perhaps the employees intended to give us a bit of a scare in the horror room in the hope that we'd pay any price for something better. My partner gave them a final chance en took a look at that other room, but that too looked suspect and it had a peculiar smell. We arrived at 22:00. At 03:00 we left. We could only take five hours in there. I have a hard time imagining anything worse than this hotel.

We was there 7 days, The AC not working, They NEVER cleaning our rooms… the service is very very bad. All What you see On picture dont belive that. NEVER book in divas silver. We have check out 12 o’click, They came 09 o’clock and Movie us out, cuz They want to clean The room to The next custumer.

A good location hotel, but with very bad conditions, very old and not clean . The hotel doesn't look like în pictures we saw on booking. We went there and we got shocked from the reception of the hotel but still let them show as the room, wich was very small, old and în bad conditions bed and bathroom and everything and very bad smelling. We told them it was impossible to stay there, and we didn't make a check-in and we were charged for noshow(as they said to booking), as I sow later on My account . They said they won't give that money back to us . That's not fair. I don't recomand this hotel, is very far away from the images, pictures we sow on booking. We went out of the hotel, after 10 travell hours with all the baggage to find a decent place to stay. It was like a nightmare. As a conclusion, i don't reccomand this hotel and i'm sorry i made a reservation to it.

The location is good but needs some effort to reach the town. Prices are ok. Rooms are too small and the hygiene is not really well maintained. The economy room does not have a window. The staff is rude a little bit and just one person can understand english or arabic.

Hotel no aconsejable. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. El comedor donde se desayuna no tiene nada que ver con lo que hemos visto en las fotos, el propio desayuno tampoco es el que se muestra en la fotografía, el patio que aparece tampoco es así en la realidad... Nos sentimos un poco engañados. Las toallas no son de calidad, las que nos dieron estaban rotas y muy gastadas. Adjuntamos foto.En cuanto a la iluminación, faltaban bombillas en la lámpara ya que estaban fundidas. El soporte que sujeta la alcachofa de ducha estaba rota. Adjuntamos foto. No cuidan los detalles de la habitación y del hotel en general. Esta mañana al bajar por las escaleras, nos encontramos con basura, toallas y sábanas usadas y el cubo de fregar que obstaculizaban el paso. Adjuntamos foto. Al volver del desayuno seguían estando en el mismo sitio. La limpieza y el cambio se toallas no se realiza a diario, ni la recogida de basura. En cuanto al personal, la gran mayoría no habla inglés y al presentar las quejas, esta mañana, ni siquiera salió el supuestamente encargado del hotel para darnos una explicación y mucho menos para disculparse por todo lo expuesto. (Estando el allí presente en su despacho) Es una verdadera lástima que no escuchen al cliente a fin de mejorar esas notorias deficiencias. No recomendamos este hotel y no planeamos regresar.
